Delivery

How long will my package take?

Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, subject to payment and stock availability. The order will be sent to the address indicated by the customer. This address may differ from the home address. In any case, the receiving person will have to sign for the package.

Delivery time within the UK is normally 2-3 working days. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of a proposed delivery date. Delivery outside the UK can take up to 10 days. However, it may take longer if we are waiting for stock from our suppliers. Orders placed on a Friday, Weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day.

At Chezonelle we will do our best to observe timely delivery. However, delays shall not entitle the customer to claim cancellation of order or indemnification. 


Can my order be delivered to a Post Office Box address?
Most couriers will not deliver to post office (PO, APO, FPO) box addresses.  For smooth and swift delivery, we advise you to not list a post office box delivery address when placing orders. Doing so may delay your order. 

Packaging

What will the package that I receive look like? 


Orders are sent in plain packaging. For delivery purposes, our address will be shown in the corner of the address label.

Customs and Tax

Will I have to pay customs taxes on my package?

Custom taxes, import duty, valued-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related levy is the responsibility of our customers.  Chezonelle cannot make any guarantees or estimation on whether any shipments will or will not be required to pay customs-related levy.  Please contact your local customs office for more information. 

Returns

Returns Guide 

We are happy to exchange items for an alternative size or style, or to give you a store credit, unless a refund is requested. To avoid disappointment, we suggest you order exchange items with us by contacting  Customer Services so that your items can be reserved while we wait for your returns.

  • Returns should be within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items should be unworn, in perfect condition with labels intact.
  • We aim to process your refund or exchange order within 7 days.
  • Post and packing is not refundable, but you will not be charged additional postage on exchange orders.


To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you contact  Customer Services.

  1. Your order receipt number. 
  2. Product name and number of the item you wish to return.
  3. In cases of size exchange, the product number and size for the item you wish to receive in exchange.

Returns Policy 

  • Returns should be within 14 days of receipt. We aim to process your refund or exchange order within 7 days.
  • Items should be unworn, in perfect condition with labels intact. Chezonelle reserves the right to reject return/exchange requests if the returned items are in unacceptable condition.
  • We recommend that you send your return by Recorded Delivery to ensure that it reaches us, as Chezonelle cannot compensate for items lost in the post otherwise.
  • Post and packing is not refundable, but you will not be charged additional postage on exchange orders. Customers will be responsible for the return postage. Chezonelle will exchange or cover the item and postage cost for any item that has been found to be faulty.
  • Returned items are granted Chezonelle Store Credit , within 7 days of receipt of your return, unless a refund is requested (a 15% restocking fee may be charged). Clearance items cannot be refunded.
  • Chezonelle reserves the right to change our return policy and/or reject any return/exchange for any reason that is not within our returns policy.
  • On sale items reduced by 50% or more we offer an exchange for product (maximum of 1 exchange) or store credit only.
